Site specific Oh and S plans are prepared during pre construction to ensure the safety of staff and subcontractors is at the forefront of everyone’s mind whilst onsite. Our rigorous induction system means contractors and site visitors are aware of relyons expectations of maintaining our outstanding track record and goal of zero incidents in the workplace. To achieve this we are consistently maintaining our staffs WHS knowledge and first aid qualifications whilst our certified OHS systems mean we are up to date with

Nathan Gale
DirectorNathan’s focus is on the organisation and workflow management of Relyon’s commercial work. His background includes working with BHP Billiton in Japan, and over the years he has developed deep industry knowledge and skills for managing and resolving challenging situations. He’s calm and creative in his nature, and our clients appreciate his can-do, hands-on attitude and friendly approach to their projects.
Scott Thurkettle
DirectorScott’s focus is on the day-to-day running of Relyon’s operations, and on the management of projects. He has a keen attention to detail and strong discipline that he also instils in his trades teams. His great networking skills and ability to innovate enable him to negotiate even the trickiest of projects, and clients value his ability to understand their desires and needs and balance those with their budget and timeframe.
